Once you have your idea mapped out, you need to decide your method of presentation. Here are your options:

1. Tri-fold Presentation board: On this, you need pictures, graphs, charts, facts, statistics, etc. that are visually attractive, but not too busy. Don't just print out paragraphs of descriptions and paste them on. Use brief descriptions as captions to your pictures/charts because you'll be explaining the rest while you talk to the people who walk up.

2. PowerPoint/Keynote: As with a presentation board, you'll need pictures, graphs, charts, facts, statistics, etc. Utilize the computer to make bright colors, moving graphics, but again, not too busy. Again, don't write out your presentation. Use brief descriptions as captions and headlines so you can explain the concepts of your product.

3. Prototype: Make your product to bring it in and demonstrate how it works. Design a handout with graphs and charts to hand out to individuals which explains charts, graphs, facts, and statistics. Use brief descriptions so you can focus on demonstrating the project.
